To be eligible for a refund, you must not have activated or used the service beyond a reasonable trial period, and you must provide your order number or proof of purchase. Refunds are only available for unused, unactivated subscriptions or services.

The fastest way to get the right plan is to request a refund for your current purchase, then place a new order for the plan you need.
